What is Stu's Bloody Mary Concentrate? It's a concentrated blend of spices, pickle brine, and natural ingredients designed to be the flavor base of your Bloody Mary. Add your own juice, your own spirit (or skip it), and make it exactly the way you like it. One bottle makes 12 or more drinks.
What's in it? Pickle brine (vinegar, water, salt, spices), white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onion, anchovies, salt, garlic, clove, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract, chili peppers, horseradish, spices, xanthan gum (thickener). No MSG. No artificial preservatives. No tomato juice.
Why doesn't it include tomato juice? Because that's where customization starts. You choose the base: tomato juice, Clamato, beer (for a Michelada), carrot juice, sparkling water, even bone broth. If we added the juice for you, you'd be stuck with one option. The whole point is that you're not.
Is it spicy? You control the heat. Use less concentrate for a milder drink, more for a stronger kick. The Classic has a balanced warmth. Smoked Jalapeño adds smoky heat. Jamaican Jerk brings real fire. All three let you dial in exactly what you want.
What flavors do you offer? Three concentrates: Classic, Smoked Jalapeño, and Jamaican Jerk. We also offer rim salts, Ghost Pepper Hot Serum, and complete Mixology Kits.
Can I use it for cooking? Absolutely. It works as a marinade for steak, a base for chili, a glaze for wings, or a seasoning for deviled eggs. If a recipe calls for Worcestershire, hot sauce, or savory seasoning, Stu's can replace all three.
Can I make non-alcoholic drinks with it? Yes. Skip the spirit entirely. Mix the concentrate with tomato juice and ice for a Virgin Bloody Mary, or add sparkling water for a savory mocktail.
Storage and Shelf Life
Does it need to be refrigerated? Not before opening. After you open it, refrigerate. It will last up to 6 months once opened.
Does it expire? Unopened, it lasts about a year. Opened and refrigerated, 6 months. For comparison, most ready-to-drink mixes last 7 to 10 days after opening.
How to Use It
How do I make a Bloody Mary with Stu's? Mix 1 to 2 oz of concentrate with 4 to 5 oz of your preferred juice and your spirit of choice. Serve over ice. Rim your glass with one of our salts if you want the full experience. That's it. Full details on our How It Works page.
How many drinks does one bottle make? A 16 oz bottle makes 12 or more drinks, depending on how strong you like your concentrate ratio.
What comes in the Mixology Kit? Two bottles of concentrate (you pick the flavors), Ghost Pepper Hot Serum, Sweet Corn Rimmer, and Key Lime Rimmer, all in a carrying case. Everything you need to set up a Bloody Mary bar or give as a gift.

Do you ship? Yes. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders arrive in 3 to 4 days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a shipping day go out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.
