RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be as happy with your Stu’s order as you are after your first perfect Bloody Mary. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t guarantee refunds or exchanges, but we’ll always do what we can to make it right.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges are only available for regular-priced items — sale items are final.

  • Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a replacement.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order shows up looking like it lost a bar fight with your mail carrier — no worries.
Reply to your order confirmation email with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.

Please hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase, as we’ll need that to process the replacement.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s arrived.
If your refund is approved, it’ll be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Still waiting on your refund? Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — sometimes it takes a few days to post.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
